Ti-Nanoxide BL150/DC is a slot-die coating ink aimed at the deposition of a thin and dense layer of titanium dioxide. Such a blocking-layer is especially suited for preparing monolithic perovskite solar cells.
Slot-die coating at 0.5 m/min, 0.2 mL/min typically yields a 50-70 nm thick layer after firing at 500°C for 45 min.
Such a compact layer is specifically adapted the making of carbon-based monolithic perovskite solar cells. It is best used in conjunction with Ti-Nanoxide T165/DC for the mesoporous titania layer, Zr-Nanoxide ZT/DC for the mesoporous zirconia layer, and Elcocarb B/DC for the carbon layer.
