General

Prices, Tax, and Charges

The prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF), ex works, and ex VAT. Please note that additionnal taxes may be invoiced if applicable.

Order and Quotations

There is no minimal order. The items placed in your shopping cart can be either placed for a firm order, or sent out for a quotation request. Some items may not be available for direct pruchase, and can only be asked for quotation. For instance, our services and our solar testing equipment need a deeper interaction to determine the desired configurations and the corresponding prices. Quotations are valid for 30 days after their creation dates.

Delivery

Deliveries are performed worldwide using the trustworhty transporters of our choice. Shipping and handling fees are billed together with the goods, and are calculated at checkout upon weight and destination. Most of the products are in stock and are typically shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Products that are not in stock, including custom products and services, may take 2 to 4 weeks to be shipped. Solaronix reserves the right to exclude specific countries, or to change the conditions for certain destinations.

Payment

Payment can be done within 30 days after emission of the invoice, via wire transfer, cashier cheques, or credit cards. Alternately, online payment by credit cards (MasterCard and VISA) can be performed at order checkout. You will be redirected to our secure online payment partner for the transaction. Solaronix never receives your credit card details, but only gets notified upon successful payment.

Return

Goods can only be returned with our written agreement, and following our instructions. Damaged parcels must be be signaled withing 7 days after delivery. Claims for products which fail to meet specifications must be requested within 30 days after delivery.

Privacy and Security

The information collected for the processing of your business activity with Solaronix is not accessible to the general public. You can edit your information at any time through the "My Account" area available after login. The communication between the visitors and this webshop, excepted public catalog and products pages, are secured using the state-of-the-art technologies. We do not sell or distribute your information to any third parties.
