Ti-Nanoxide T165/DC is a slot-die coating formulation for the deposition of highly transparent mesoscopic titanium dioxide layers in perovskite solar cell applications.
Slot-die coating at 0.5 m/min, 0.2 mL/min typically yields a 500 nm thick layer after firing at 500°C for 45 min.
Such thin layers are specifically adapted to the making of titania scaffolds in mesoscopic perovskite solar cells as well as carbon-based monolithic perovskite solar cells. In the latter case, Ti-Nanoxide T165/DC is best used in conjunction with Ti-Nanoxide BL150/DC for the compact titania layer, Zr-Nanoxide ZT/DC for the mesoporous zirconia layer, and Elcocarb B/DC for the carbon layer.
