Ti-Nanoxide BL150/SP is a screen-printing paste aimed at the deposition of a thin and dense, pinhole-free layer of titanium dioxide. Such a blocking-layer is especially suited for preparing monolithic perovskite solar cells.
A 50-100 nm thick TiO2 layer can be obtained with a 150-33 polyester mesh screen and after firing at 550°C for 45 minutes.
Such a compact layer is specifically adapted the making of carbon-based monolithic perovskite solar cells. It is best used in conjunction with Ti-Nanoxide T165/SP for the mesoporous titania layer, Zr-Nanoxide ZT/SP for the mesoporous zirconia layer, and Elcocarb B/SP for the carbon layer.
